Cook the bananas on medium heat, stirring frequently until the bananas are completely cooked.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe nenthram pazham
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 7 badam
- 5 tbsp ghee
- Take the ripe bananas and remove the outer skin. Chop them finely using a knife.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai and fry the chopped badams until golden brown in colour.
- Put the chopped bananas in a heavy bottomed kadai along with the ghee. Cook the bananas on medium heat, stirring frequently, until the bananas are completely cooked.
- When the bananas turn mushy, add sugar. Add some more ghee and continue stirring the halwa continuously to prevent it from burning.
- When the halwa thickens, add the fried badams. Turn off the heat. It will take about ten to fifteen minutes to set completely like halwa.
Nenthram Pazham Halwa with step by step photos
