A simple moth dal sabji that is easy to cook without much effort. The cooking method is very simple, fast and suitable for beginners too. This moth dal sabji is great for roti, poori and with a bowl of warm rice. I always like to eat these kinds of mild dals with roti for dinner and it is good for people of all ages. You don't have to grind any masalas and there is no need for any spice powders. You can do the same dal with whole green moong dal. If you are using whole green moong dal, soak the dal 5 hours and then pressure cook for uniform cooking. In this dish, I have added combination of two dals but you can use any one variety. Let's see how to prepare this Easy moth dal sabji with step by step photos.
