- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1 tbsp rock salt
- water

Cooking Directions
1. In a big bowl measure and add the idly rice, raw rice and horse gram.
2. Then add 4 to 5 cups of water and soak it for 6 to 8 hours. After 6 hours wash the rice for 3 times and drain the water completely.

6. Heat the dosa pan on medium and grease it with a drop of gingely oil . Take one and a half ladle of batter on the pan and spread it to a circle dosa. Add 1 to 1.5 tsp gingely oil on the dosa and when it turns crispy on one side, flip the dosa on the other side.
7. After few seconds take the dosa from the pan and serve it hot with coconut chutney.
