Ingredients
- 7 red chillies
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
- small piece tamarind
- 8 small onions
- 3 - 5 garlic cloves
- salt
- water
Cooking Directions
1. Soak the tamarind in water for 5 minutes. Take the grinder jar and add the red chilly, small onions,garlic, tamarind and salt.
Grind it till everything smooth. Then add the grated coconut, little water and grind it coarsely.

Pour it to a small bowl. Serve it for dosas with a tsp of gingely oil. This thuvaiyal tastes good for curd rice also.
